As soon as time allows for me to code up the plug-in, or when someone already experienced with php plug-ins offers to help, you will be able to install the market opening hours table near the top of the right menu column here.
It will be available as a Wordpress widget, cut-n-paste JavaScript for Blogger or as a PHP function for use in your regular website.
